要求：
具有5年以上的注塑生產(chǎn)或PVC擠出（型材）生產(chǎn)、工藝技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗的工作經(jīng)驗，有3年以上的生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗
熟悉注塑機(jī)工藝和注塑產(chǎn)品的整個生產(chǎn)流程或熟悉擠出（型材）的工藝和流程
熟悉5S的管理及生產(chǎn)管理和溝通技巧
能在壓力下工作
職責(zé)
制定和控制現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)流程，使生產(chǎn)流程合理化以達(dá)到最佳生產(chǎn)效率。
合理的安排部門人員，按照生產(chǎn)計劃安排試模，塑膠件/擠出件的生產(chǎn)
分析生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的異常問題并制定解決方案，跟中方案的有效性
及時處理現(xiàn)場工藝技術(shù)問題，不斷完善并優(yōu)化工藝過程；
