1.負(fù)責(zé)公司國外業(yè)務(wù)的拓展工作。通過電話，電子郵件聯(lián)絡(luò)海外客戶，接受海外客戶詢盤、報價、訂單確認(rèn)、制單、訂倉等項(xiàng)工作;

2.有良好開拓市場能力并獨(dú)立完成整個工作流程；

3.協(xié)助主管做好國外市場開發(fā)工作，收集和整理國內(nèi)外商務(wù)信息.

4.做好工作日記及做好相關(guān)文件的存檔；

5.維護(hù)與海外客戶的日常業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系。

6.協(xié)助參加國際展會.熟悉B2B電子商務(wù)操作流程者優(yōu)先考慮，

熟練利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)、展會等平臺作產(chǎn)品推廣工作；
7.有花園，家居，禮品,馬口鐵或塑料，膠粘帶制品產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

職位描述及要求：

1.從事外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)，應(yīng)屆大學(xué)畢業(yè)生英文需要六級或有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)人員
2.國際貿(mào)易相關(guān)專業(yè),?？埔陨蠈W(xué)歷,英語六級.1年以上外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3.熟悉外貿(mào)流程和信用證業(yè)務(wù),有很強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立處理整個訂單流程的能力；頭腦靈活，善于分析市場；

4.具備流利的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力，可直接與國外客戶進(jìn)行溝通，有獨(dú)立與國外客戶溝通及談判的商務(wù)能力；

5.為人誠實(shí)樂觀，具備優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊精神，具有高度的責(zé)任心和工作熱情，能承受較大的工作壓力；

6.熟悉電腦操作，熟練掌握Office辦公軟件的使用和電子郵件的收發(fā)。

外貿(mào)經(jīng)驗(yàn)：一年以上。 

薪   水：面議元（不包括獎金、傭金、年薪、股票、期權(quán)等獎勵性收入）

Merchandiser—Home, Garden, Gift and packing accessory

Job Purpose

To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of division's business objectives

Job Descriptions:

1. Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Review Purchase Orders
- Communicate customers' requirements to factories
- Handle customers' enquiries
- Monitor production status

2. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
- Check samples
- Pack and send samples

3. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
- Source material or accessories

4. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
- Urge documents from factories, e.g. vendor review reports
- Maintain strong business relationships through regular contacts with factories

5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

1. Education Level: College or university graduated

2. Years of Experience: Minimum 1 years experiences in Buying/Trading office in Home and gift or gardening field for overseas Market.

3. Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.

4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.

5. Customer orientation, initiative, team player, good time management skill.
